This policy covers the public Micro Sente website and the enquiry paths it provides.

Information and enquiries

When you choose WhatsApp, phone, or email, your message is sent through that channel. The public website does not claim to store a form submission.

Cookies and local storage

The public website uses necessary browser storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. Analytics and marketing categories are disabled by default and are only enabled after your explicit choice. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time by selecting Cookie preferences in the footer.

External website resources

The public website loads pinned Bootstrap front-end resources from jsDelivr. Your browser connects to that external content-delivery service to retrieve those files. WhatsApp, email, phone, web app, and download links are only opened when you choose them.

Account deletion

Individual users can prepare a verified deletion request from the delete-account page. Institution records remain governed by the institution and applicable retention obligations.
